REFUND, CANCELLATION, AND RESCHEDULE POLICY

•No Refunds: All payments are final. Refunds are not available under any circumstances.

•Rescheduling Policy: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule a class and apply full payment towards the rescheduled class. Less than 24hrs notice will require scheduling a new class online and paying the deposit to secure the class, thus incurring a $60 late rescheduling penalty. Payment from previous class will apply towards the new class. Total cost for a class that has been rescheduled with less than 24hrs notice is the cost of the concealed carry class $100, plus the cost to reschedule the new class $60, equaling $160 each student. No shows forfeit all payment. There are no exceptions. Rescheduling with less than 24hrs due to last minute illness will require a 30 day waiting period before rescheduling, there is no late rescheduling fee for illness.

•Class Cancellations: Classes are not canceled. In the event of inclement weather, classes will proceed as scheduled.

•Rescheduling Due to Weather: Students may reschedule through their confirmation or reminder emails, as well as text reminders, with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice due to inclement weather will result in a 30-day waiting period before rescheduling is allowed.
